Making GIFS

GIFS are an animated image format that allow you to share short LOOPS of animation online. You can make a GIF using a number of online tools or special apps – they are all fairly easy to use, allowing you to create gifs from a series of images, or even from video.

Gifs can be drawn, captured by camera, collaged, or edited from existing films – all great for re-mixing – the one thing they have in common is that they are LOOPS.
